CHRISTMAS FITNESS!

Hey girls - Coach Turgeon completely forgot to update this that Wednesday of exams......so here ya go!

The following fitness assignments must be done over the remaining break. You must chart your times and show to Coach Turgeon when you did the running and what your time was. You can do these fitness assignments whenever you want between now (12/27) and when we come back from break.

#1 = one mile run. Run as fast as you can. Record you time. Finish with 50 situps and pushups.

#2 = one mile and a 1/2 run. Run as fast as you can. Record your time. Finish with 50 situps and pushups.

#3 = run 5 400 m. sprints (400 m. is one lap around the track). You must run consecutively. The first lap is a jog/warm-up. Then you run your first 400 m. sprint. The next lap is a jog at 50%. The next lap is your second 400 m. sprint. Follow up with another jog at 50%. Continue this process until you get to your fifth and final 400 m. sprint. After you are done with this lap, you are done. Record your time with a running clock - the time should start with your first sprint and continue timing through your 50% laps and finish on the final sprint.

#4 = run 2 800 m. sprints. Begin by jogging a lap. Sprint your first 800 m. (two laps around the track). The next lap should be a 50% jog. When you are done complete your final 800 m. sprint. Record your time with a running clock - the time should start with your first sprint and continue timing through your 50% laps and finish on your final sprint.
